Crisis Communication Plan

​The Crisis Communication Plan was a group project for the Crisis Communications course that I completed in the spring of 2022.  We began by completing a crisis index, then we were assigned the crisis of food tampering with the client as The Commons, the dining hall at Kennesaw State University. I volunteered as the communications director for the group which came with the added responsibility of managing and editing the entire project.
